POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

Richard W. Deppe appeals an adverse summary judgment in his discrimination claim under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Jurisdiction herein is vested by 28 U.S.C. § 1291. For the reasons assigned, we reverse.

BACKGROUND

Deppe was employed by United Airlines, Inc., as an aircraft radio and electronic line mechanic at its San Francisco Airport facility, from December 1985 until his termination on November 12, 1993.
