Appellant-plaintiffs appeal from a judgment entered in their favor holding National Farmer’s Union Property & Casualty Co. (National), respondent, liable on several crop insurance contracts. Appellants claim the trial court erred by comparing fault when determining policy coverage. This decision by the trial court would substantially reduce the net judgment entered in favor of appellant-plaintiffs.
