PISANO, District Judge.

Plaintiff Timothy Oravsky brings this putative class action against Encompass Insurance Company and Encompass Insurance Company of New Jersey (together “Encompass” or “Defendant”) alleging that Encompass sold automobile insurance policies in New Jersey with reduced personal injury protection medical expense benefits (“PIP”) without providing certain statutorily-prescribed disclosures and without obtaining required written waivers.
