Plaintiff Raymond Lindsey (“Lindsey”) has sued his former employer, Defendant Clatskanie People’s Utility District (“CPUD”), for religious discrimination in violation of federal and state civil rights laws, retaliation in violation of federal and state civil rights laws, whistleblower relation in violation of state whistleblower laws, and wrongful discharge under state common law.
