Ray Hult (collectively, Hult) appeal from the district court's entry of partial summary judgment in favor of McCleve Properties, LLC (McCleve) and its subsequent award of income tax-related damages to McCleve. McCleve cross-appeals, asserting that the district court erroneously denied its request for additional damages for loss of use. and delayed amortization.
