Keith Wayne Henson, appellant, pleaded guilty to possessing 400 grams or more of methamphetamine and possessing certain chemicals with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Aim. §§ 481.115(a), (f) (possession of controlled substance), .124(a), (b)(3)(B) (possession with intent to manufacture controlled substance) (West 2010).
