ORDER AND REASONS
FELDMAN, District Judge.
Plaintiffs originally filed this suit in state court alleging that their defendant-lessor delivered defective premises; plaintiffs complained that the construction of their premises exposed their bedroom to public view, violating their right to privacy in their home. On January 4, 1989, plaintiffs served Capital Realty Service, through its manager, with a copy of the state court petition. On March 22, 1989, approximately two and a half months later, defendant removed the suit to this Court. Plaintiffs now move to remand to state court. The motion asks…
