This is an appeal from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (“the district court”) 596 F.Supp. 1461, dismissing the claims of Charles and Irene Abels (“plaintiffs”) against State Farm Fire & Casualty Company (“State Farm”). This lawsuit was originally filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, was then removed to the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and finally was transferred to the district court.…
