Two investment Committees (the Committees), acting in their capacity as fiduciaries for several pension plans for present and former employees of BP Corporation North America, Inc. (the Plans), sued Northern Trust Investments (NTI) and the Northern Trust Company (NTC) alleging numerous ERISA, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., violations related to NTI and NTC’s securities lending program.
