Defendants-Appellants William Dick and Krystal Tate Layne (“Defendants”) were convicted of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine with the intent to distribute the same. Defendants now appeal the sentences they received as a result of the district court’s application of United States Sentencing Guidelines (“Guidelines”) § 2D1.1(b)(6)(A) in their cases.
