COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.

Sheik Mark S. Moore-El appeals from the denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. We affirm.

I

Moore-El was convicted in Missouri state court of murder in the first degree, attempted robbery in the first degree, and two counts of armed criminal action. See Mo.Rev.Stat. §§ 565.020, 571.015, 564.011. The convictions arose out of the murder of Tommy Vaughn on February 17, 1993.
