DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Ervin N. Brown, filed this original action, which requests a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order to the extent it denies temporary total disability ("TTD") compensation after June 5, 2006, on grounds that relator voluntarily abandoned his employment with respondent, TS Trim Industries, Inc. ("employer"), and to enter an order finding that relator did not abandon his employment and awarding TTD compensation after June 5, 2006.
