Plaintiffs, current and former employees of Washington Hospital Center (“WHC”), claim that Defendants violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and the District of Columbia Minimum Wage Act (“DC-MWA”) by failing to compensate them for “meal break” and “uniform maintenance” work.
