The plaintiffs, David and Sandra Bledsoe, appeal from the judgment of the circuit court of Rock Island County which, after a bench trial, entered judgment in favor of the defendant, Pauline Carpenter, and refused to grant rescission of a real estate installment contract. The Bledsoes contend that the contract failed to comply with the requirements of section 2 of “An Act relating to installment contracts to sell dwelling structures” (Ill. Rev.
