One issue is based on the complaint and the accompanying documents. Defendant contends that plaintiff has no standing to bring this action as assignee of GTE Syl-vania Incorporated because the assignment which is attached to the complaint does not comply with 6 Del.C. § 2702, in that the assignment was not executed before a credible witness.
