This is an appeal from convictions arising out of the DUI related deaths of three women. The defendant, Roger Dale Knuckles, prosecutes this appeal of his convictions by a jury on three counts of violating W.Va.Code, 17C-5-2(a) (1986). 1 The trial court sen tenced the defendant to three consecutive terms of one-to-ten years imprisonment, and imposed a fine of $3,000 on each count.
