OPINION

LEE GABRIEL, Justice.

Appellant Jerry Paul Lundgren appeals from the denial of his motion to suppress and motion to quash the State’s motion to revoke his community supervision. Finding no reversible error in the denials, we affirm the trial court’s judgment.

I. Background

On August 18, 2010, Appellant was charged by information with driving while intoxicated. The information included an allegation that Appellant previously had been convicted of driving while intoxicated in 2009.
