Before us is a petition for review of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County disqualifying the solicitor of Buckingham Township from representing petitioners, two township supervisors who are defendants in a recall action brought under Section 503 of the Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. § 65503 (“Section 503”).1 Respondents are the *53named plaintiffs in the recall action and the trial judge from whose order review is now sought.
