Harold Mitchell appeals from a judgment and sentence for attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle. Mitchell challenges two evidentiary rulings, and alleges instructional error. We affirm.

Harold Mitchell was tried before a jury on a charge of attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle in violation of RCW 46.61.024. At trial, the arresting officers testified that they arrested Mitchell on the eluding charge sifter pursuing him for several blocks.
