Tbe main question on this appeal is whether John Kludt, tbe plaintiff’s intestate, bad an insurable interest in tbe property covered by tbe policy in suit. A very able argument is made by counsel for appellant to tbe effect that be bad not, and many cases from other jurisdictions are cited in support of tbe contention.
