This is an appeal from a judgment of dismissal entered at the end of plaintiffs’ case after the court had sustained a challenge to the sufficiency of evidence. There are five married couples who were plaintiffs in the trial court and are appellants in this appeal. Each couple purchased land and/or a home in the same development located in King County from defendants A. G. Fowler and wife at different times in separate transactions.
