O’NIELL, Chief Justice.

Madame Amelie Yidrine Coreil, widow of L. M. Coreil, died at the age of ninety-one years, leaving two sons, Armand Coreil and J. Maurice Coreil, as her heirs at law. Armand Coreil was appointed administrator of the estate. When he filed his final account, several items listed as debts due to him personally were opposed by the First National Bank of Yille Platte, a creditor of the estate, and were rejected by the district judge.
