This is an appeal from a judgment on a directed verdict for tbe defendant in an action of assumpsit in tbe 'Superior Court of Baltimore City brought by the appellant against tbe appellee.

Tbe record presents three exceptions, two of which relate to questions of evidence, and tbe other to the action of tbe lower court in granting a prayer at tbe close of tbe plaintiff’s case instructing tbe jury that the evidence offered by the plaintiff was not legally sufficient to entitle him to recover, and that, therefore, their verdict must be for tbe…
