OPINION

SAM NUCHIA, Justice.

Martin Dale Dogay, appellant, was charged with the felony offense of possession with intent to deliver over 400 grams of methamphetamines, a controlled substance, and exhibiting a deadly weapon during the commission of a drug offense. The trial court denied appellant’s motion to suppress, and appellant pled guilty to the offense. Appellant was sentenced to 15 years confinement and assessed a $1,000 fine.
