MEMORANDUM OPINION

LONGOBARDI, Senior District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, Jay Schiavello, filed this action alleging that defendant, Delmarva Systems Corporation (“DSC”), breached his employment agreement and violated the Delaware Wage Payment and Collection Act. 1 The Complaint alleges that DSC breached the agreement by failing to allow him a reasonable opportunity to earn an incentive bonus, as stated in the agreement. (Docket Item “D.I.” 1). Plaintiff claims that under the agreement, he is entitled to four years of severance pay, approximately $344,000, because of defendant’s failure…
