MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This ease is before the court upon defendant United States Postal Service’s motion for summary judgment (Doe. 16). For the reasons stated below, the motion is granted.

I. Background

Plaintiff Debra Denney alleges that on August 4, 1992, she fell after exiting the post office located at 3115 North 51st Street, Kansas City, Kansas, which is known as the Robert L. Roberts Station.
