MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiff Darlene Mark’s Second *1282Amended Motion to Reinstate [Doc. 14]. The Court, having considered the Motion, attached affidavit, relevant law, and being otherwise fully informed, finds that the Plaintiffs Motion is not well-taken and will be DENIED.
