This case comes from the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant, Kenneth M. Holeski, timely appeals the trial court’s order granting appellees’ motions for summary judgment. Appellees Clay Lawrence and James Montague are members of appellee Chester Township Board of Trustees. At the time of this action, appellee Janet Koster was the Clerk of Chester Township.
