Ductmate Industries, Inc. (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) granting Michael Prodros-key (Claimant) unemployment compensation benefits. A referee denied Claimant benefits under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law)1 on the ground Claimant committed willful misconduct when he refused a work assignment in violation of a known work rule.
