BEAM, Circuit Judge.
Appellant Timothy Dropinski appeals the district court’s 1 order granting Douglas County’s motion for summary judgment and denying Dropinski’s similar motion. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
I. BACKGROUND
Dropinski filed this claim under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et. seq., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000(e) et. seq., and the Nebraska Fair Employment Practices Act, Neb.Rev.Stat. § 48-1101 et. seq., for damages for unlawful discrimination on the basis of disability.
