WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.
Judith Moritz appeals from the district court’s 2 grant of summary judgment in favor of Frontier Airlines, Inc. (Frontier) on her claims of discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., and the North Dakota Human Rights Act (NDHRA), N.D. Cent.Code §§ 14-02.4-01 et seq. We affirm.
