The Harvey & Mose Plumbing Company filed in the superior court of Cook county two petitions to enforce mechanics’ liens against Celia W. Wallace, owner of two buildings, one described as No. 401 and the other as No. 403 East Superior street, in the city of Chicago. The petition relating to No. 401 was based upon a contract in writing in which no time was fixed for the completion of the work or payment therefor, and for that reason the proceeding was abandoned.
