delivered the opinion of the Court.
The plaintiffs and the defendant are brothers who own in equal proportions the capital stock of the Riviera Beach Development Company. On July 12th, 1934, they entered into a written agreement relating to their exercise of an option for the purchase of the interest in the stock of that corporation, and of the Sunset Beach Development Company, which had been held by their brother-in-law, and providing for the arbitration of any dispute which might arise as to their respective rights and interests under the agreement or in the two companies.
