The appellees sued the appellant upon seven contracts made between them for the eonstructon of sewers in the City of Baltimore, and all errors in pleading were waived. The contracts sued on required the performance of work and the furnishing of materials of a total value of over a million dollars, but the appellees had been paid the most of the contract prices, and they only recovered a verdict for $15,183.88, which was a little less than three-fourths of the claims made by them.
