Plaintiff-administratrix brought this action to recover damages on account of fatal injuries sustained by her decedent Charles Zuek, when he was struck by an automobile driven by defendant. The basis of the action is defendant’s alleged negligence. At the close of plaintiff’s evidence defendant’s motion for a directed verdict was sustained and a judgment rendered against plaintiff. Therefrom plaintiff has appealed.
