This zoning case involves an appeal by Shore Acres Improvement Association, Inc. (Improvement Association) and Rudolph Lerp, Sr. (Lerp) from a decision of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Judge E. Mackall Childs presid ing. The appellants filed an appeal in the Circuit Court from a decision of the County Board of Appeals of Anne Arundel County. Their standing to bring such an appeal was challenged. The lower court held the appellants had no standing to bring the appeal and dismissed their petition. This is an appeal from that decision.
