JAMES EDWARD WELSH, Judge.

Lester M. Dean, Jr., appeals the circuit court's judgment registering a foreign (Kansas) judgment against him. Dean contends that the circuit court erred in registering the Kansas judgment against him because the Kansas court lacked subject matter and personal jurisdiction to enter the original judgment. We affirm.

The judgment sought to be registered in this case arose out of eminent domain proceedings brought by the Kansas Secretary of Transportation, Deborah L. Miller, with respect to property located in Kansas. The Secretary filed an eminent domain petition in the…
