Plaintiffs appeal from the 14 October 2005 judgment of the trial court granting a directed verdict in favor of defendant Karen Hession and, following a jury verdict, dismissing with prejudice plaintiffs’ claims as to all defendants except William Gunn. Plaintiffs also appeal from the 14 December 2005 order of the trial court denying plaintiffs’ motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, for amendment of judgment, or for a new trial.
