Provost, Eva Cole Matthews, Chris Johnson, Shannon Jones, Rebecca S. Gardner, John White, Ronald Matthews, Evelyn Matthews, Shirley Jones, and Thomas R. Myers (collectively, “plaintiffs/petitioner(s)”), and their counsel, Kenneth T.
