This is an appeal from an order of the district court allowing an account of the administrator. In July of 1902 John H. Leyson, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Andrew J. Davis, rendered and presented for settlement and filed in the district court his seventh annual account of his administration of said estate. Afterwards, in August, 1902, Henry A. Doot, Ellen S.
