The defendant-appellant, Tyrone A. Tol-son (“Tolson”), appeals from his judgments of conviction in the Superior Court for: Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Maintaining a Vehicle for that Purpose, Possession of Cocaine within 1000 feet of a School; Possession of Cocaine within 300 feet of a Church, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
