Ida Mae Woods sued the Kansas City, Kaw Valley & Western Railroad Company and the Kansas City Public Service Company to recover for injuries sustained through the alleged negligence of the railroad companies while she was a passenger on one of the cars that was operating in Kansas City and vicinity. *756In the trial the jury found that she was entitled to recover and awarded her $2,000 for the injuries sustained.
