MEMORANDUM-OPINION
J. WENDELL ROBERTS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before this Court on the Motion of Plaintiffs, Phillip and Phyllis Mustaine (“Plaintiffs”), for Summary Judgment. The Plaintiffs are the parents of Debtor Diane Kennedy. They have filed this Adversary Proceeding against their daughter and her husband, Thomas Kennedy, also a Debtor in this action (collectively referred to as “the Debtors”), seeking a declaration that certain debts owed to them are nondischargeable in bankruptcy pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and § 523(a)(6).
