MEMORANDUM OPINION
BECHTLE, District Judge.
Recently before the Court was the motion of defendant United Engineers & Constructors, Inc., and Bechtel Power Corporation for decertification of the defendant class for Stage II of this litigation. After the submission of a series of legal memoranda in support of and in opposition to that motion, the Court heard oral argument on the motion on March 31, 1981.
