This is an insurance coverage dispute stemming from two lawsuits concerning the explosion of a propane heater on a construction site. The Plaintiff, NVR, Inc. ("NVR") is an additional insured on a Commercial General Liability policy provided by the Defendant, Motorists Mutual Insurance Company ("MMIC").
