This adversary proceeding involves two 1 motor vehicles, the rights of the putative owners of those vehicles, the respective rights of two competing banks — both claim a security interest in each vehicle — and a counterclaim for alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 1601 et seq. (1982), and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226 (1981). Each vehicle was allegedly purchased from Morristown Lincoln-Mercury, Inc.
