Before the Court is the “Motion of Trustee to Assume Unexpired Lease of Debtors” filed on October 2, 1986, by J. Coleman Tidwell, Movant, the appointed Chapter 7 trustee in the consolidated bankruptcy cases of George R. Joyner and Sarah M. Joyner, Joyner Oil Company, Inc., and J-Mart Super Foods, Inc., Debtors. 1 On October 23, 1986, Homer J.
