Debtor Ernest Carroll Prescott (“Debt- or”) filed his Chapter 7 case on April 27, 2001.
In 1996, Debtor and Movant Larry I. Adams (“Adams”) entered into a Contract for Deed whereby Adams agreed to sell, and Debtor and his wife agreed to purchase, a tract of land in Camden County, Georgia.
