The defendants in error, defendants be-
low, contend that the lease contract is ambiguous as to the quantity of timber that could be cut and removed under the right granted, basing this contention mainly upon the general recital of $35,000 as consideration, and insisting further, that, as explained by the testimony which they introduced, the agreement conveyed the right to cut only $35,000 worth of timber at the stated price of $12.50 per one thousand feet.
