MEMORANDUM OPINION
HENRY E. HUDSON, District Judge.
This is a civil action seeking damages for defamatory statements allegedly made by a sales representative about her competitor. The matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Both sides have filed extensive memoranda of law in support of their respective positions.
